Emergency Power Supplies presented in two different series for security and centralized lighting systems, fire safety implants.
LIDE and LIDE PLUS series are projected to be compliant to EN 50171; the PLUS series have on board isolating transformers and insulation controllers in order to be used on markets under IT regime.
EN 50171 - LIDE and LIDE PLUS peculiar features:
BATTERIES:

BATTERY CHARGER:
dedicated battery charger with fast recharging time: 80% in 12 hours.
INVERTER SECTION
the inverter is able to supply the 120% load permanently.
Protection against polarity inversions and overload.
CABINET:
Protection degree IP 20, with metal cabinet against fire and high heat.
FUNCTIONING MODALITIES:
1. SWITCHING MODE:
the load is supplied directly through the BY-PASS.
When mains failure occur the device switch the load from the by-pass to the inverter with a switching time of max 0.5s (required by the norm). The necessary energy is provided by the battery pack.
2. PERMANENT MODE:
the load is supplied permanently by the inverter.
When mains failure occur the load is always supplied by the inverter but the energy is taken from the batteries without any switching time. The by-pass is used only in case of failures.
3. EMERGENGY MODE:
the load normally is off and it is supplied only when mains failure through the batteries
